
Ann Butterfield, our new Vice President for Finance and Operations!
Welcome to our new VP for Finance and Operations, Ann Butterfield!
Ann brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in multi-faceted non-profit organizations and has a strong passion for community development and social change. Ann joined Community Foundation Sonoma County after serving as Director of Business Services with Synod of the Pacific for over 17 years.
Ann has proven herself to be a well-versed operations leader, with extensive experience working with boards and committees facing complex business issues. She has successfully led her teams through change and emphasizes problem-solving using both innovative and analytical methods. Ann is excited to take on a new challenge and continue her life of service while bringing her diverse skills to a high-impact, dynamic organization benefitting her local community.
Ann lives in Sebastopol where she and her wife raised their twins, now young adults. When not working, Ann and Linda are in the garden, playing with pets, hiking, watching movies, enjoying a concert, or participating in local community or church events.
