Welcoming Rebecca Rogoway, our new Philanthropic Advisor!
We’re thrilled to welcome our newest member of the team, Rebecca Rogoway! Rebecca will serve as our newest addition to the Philanthropic Planning Team as a Philanthropic Advisor.
“I first heard about the Community Foundation through my work at The Living Room. I saw first hand the impact of the Community Foundation’s work and resources, and I knew I wanted to join the team. I’m so excited to connect with our community and learn more about how we can best serve the needs of everyone!”
– Rebecca Rogoway, Philanthropic Advisor
Rebecca’s engaging personality and dedication to our community make her a perfect fit for the Community Foundation. She is deeply empathetic, knowledgeable about community needs, and has a strong desire to make a positive impact in the world.
Rebecca joins us with many years of nonprofit experience, most recently at The Living Room, where she served as the Donor Relations Officer.
Rebecca led The Living Room’s successful capital campaign to purchase the Life Center building in Santa Rosa, providing stable footing to continue to serve women and children experiencing homelessness in our community. Rebecca also has extensive event experience, planning two fundraising events per year at The Living Room.
Rebecca grew up in Connecticut, later moving to Chico, California to attend college. She lived all over Southern and Northern California while working with the American Heart Association, eventually settling in Sonoma County in 2019.
Rebecca enjoys Sonoma County’s scenic running trails, the community, and the restaurants. When she’s not working, you can find Rebecca on the running or hiking trail, spending time with her family, or reading in her garden.
We’re so happy to have Rebecca join the team and can’t wait to see her shine!
