Community Impact Funds support trusted local organizations in key areas like education, equity, and the environment. Giving to an impact fund is collaborative, uniting many gifts into one strong, sustained source of local support.

Support the artists and arts organizations that make our community so vibrant through a gift to our Fund for the Arts.

The Fund for Basic Human Needs supports emergency food, shelter, medications, transportation, and other urgent needs.

The Fund for the Environment, helps protect, preserve, and steward the land that we all love and depend on.

Our Homelessness Grant Program helps Sonoma County organizations provide housing and shelter for people in need.

The Fund for Mental Health promotes well-being with accessible services, crisis support, and community-based programs.

Regional Partner Funds
Our regional partner funds are guided by local leaders who understand the needs of their communities—because they live, work, and give there. These place-based partnerships allow donors to make a meaningful impact close to home, strengthen community resilience, and support nonprofits serving their neighbors. CFSC provides stewardship, guidance, and infrastructure, so local giving can stay local.

Sonoma Valley Catalyst Fund mobilizes philanthropic support and innovative approaches to better address the Valley’s urgent, emergent and chronic challenges.

Healdsburg Forever provides grants to nonprofits serving Healdsburg and the surrounding area, working to build a sustainable, inclusive community where all can thrive.

Giving circles bring people together to pool resources and make a greater impact, together. Each group decides how to direct their collective giving, focusing on local needs and trusted nonprofits. It’s grassroots philanthropy at its best: community members supporting their own communities.

Press Onward Sonoma County
The Press Onward fund supports the creation of a community-owned nonprofit newsroom dedicated to serving Sonoma County with accurate, unbiased, and in-depth journalism. The fund empowers communities, fosters transparency, and promotes civic engagement by delivering trustworthy news that reflects the diverse voices and stories of our residents—strengthening the fabric of our community.
