Deberah B. Kelley

Executive vice president and director of wealth management at Mechanics Bank, Debbie has focused exclusively in the area of managing wealth for individuals, families, and businesses throughout most of her 31-year career. An experienced financial executive, Debbie has exceptional expertise in financial planning, estate planning, planned charitable giving and trust administration. Prior to joining Mechanics Bank, Debbie was a vice president at Exchange Bank and Wells Fargo where she worked in trust, financial planning, and private banking positions.
Debbie holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations. She is also an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico and an LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. She graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School in 2008.
In addition to her involvement on the board of directors of the Community Foundation Sonoma County, Debbie chairs the audit committee of the Charles Schulz Museum. Debbie was recently selected as one of San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business for 2015.
