Invitations for the 2026 Mental Health Program have been sent, and the grant program is currently closed.
Grant Program Overview
Sonoma Community Foundation is dedicated to fostering equitable access to mental health services and recognizes the critical role that mental health services hold in promoting well-being and resilience within our communities. Seniors, youth, people with disabilities, low-income individuals and families, survivors of domestic abuse, BIPOC communities, and LGBTQ+ communities experience disproportionately high mental health risks and have more limited access to relevant, targeted mental health services. The Mental Health Grant Program aims to support regional nonprofits in their efforts to identify and implement holistic, culturally responsive interventions that promote resiliency and mental health in Sonoma County.
