Grants Committee (5-7 Members)
- Evaluates grant applications (within established guidelines).
- Makes recommendations to the Affiliate Board on funding distribution.
- Monitors the progress and outcomes of projects and programs funded.
- Proposes grant guidelines to Affiliate Board.
- Reviews funding process.
- Attends scheduled meetings.
Term: Three years, up to two terms.
PR/Marketing Committee (3-5 Members)
- Develops and executes plans and tactics related to increasing awareness of Affiliate and its activities, with review of such plans by Healdsburg Affiliate Board.
- Supports Events Committees as needed related to publicity and communication needs.
- Develops communication materials
- Attends meetings, (group or individual), scheduled as needed.
Term: One year, renewable.
Healdsburg Events Committee(s) (number of people needed will vary depending on event)
- Plan and implement various outreach and social events
- Planned events at present: Grant Applicant Workshop, Founders Circle Celebration, Estate Planning Professionals Brown Bag Lunch
