The Healdsburg Affiliate Board
The Healdsburg Affiliate Board operates under the authority of the Community
Foundation's Board of Directors. It establishes policy for the Healdsburg
Area Affiliate grant programs, approves grants, is aware of and responsive
to the needs of the community, educates the community about the Affiliate
and its activities and communicates with the Community Foundation about the
needs of the Healdsburg Area. All of the members of this first Board are
active in the community and have been instrumental in the formation of the
Affiliate.
