The
scholarship program application form is available in the guidance offices
of all public high schools in Sonoma County, online
on the Scholarship Application Page as an Acrobat PDF [Acrobat plugin required], at your local Sonoma County library branch or from
Community Foundation Sonoma County.

The Community Foundations application form is required to apply
for all the scholarship funds. Several of the scholarship funds require
additional application materials. If you wish to be considered for these
scholarships, please submit the required materials along with your application
form.

Applicants must be residents of Sonoma County (unless otherwise specified
in the fund description) and plan to be registered as full time
students, unless otherwise stated.
All application materials must be received in the Community Foundation office no later
than 5:00 pm, Friday,
February 24, 2006. No deadline extensions will be made.

In some cases, top candidates will be asked to participate in an interview
process. These candidates will be notified by mail in late April. Scholarships
will be announced in June.
