Community Foundation Sonoma County supports the work of Sonoma County’s rich variety of nonprofit, charitable organizations through competitive grants, donor-advised and designated grants, and initiative grantmaking. In 2005, more than $9.6 million in grants was awarded in these areas, bringing the total to more than $67 million since the Community Foundation was established in 1983.
