Planned Giving Expertise
The Community Foundation’s development staff can assist you and your client in clearly defining charitable wishes in a will or estate plan. In addition, we provide financial projections for various charitable vehicles (CRTs, life estates) to help you and your client decide on the right option for their situation. The Community Foundation pays for this analysis – at no cost to you or your client – to encourage people to leave gifts to charity in their estate plans.
