Our Affiliates

The Community Foundation values partnerships that work together to strengthen a shared vision. We proudly support the work of these partners who are making a difference in Sonoma County. Our affiliates enable residents in each geographical area to realize their philanthropy within their local community. Each affiliate has local board members, donors and its own grantmaking program. Local communities benefit from the Community Foundation’s resources, including a comprehensive investment program, professional services, grantmaking expertise, legal knowledge and administrative support.
